This was a present from a friend. It is one of Sam's favorites, but Judy and I don't really go for it. We passed it on to another friend who appreciates this delicacy.

When I was first in PNG, I thought taro was nearly inedible. By the time I left, it was one of the foods I really missed. (What shows up in the stores in Canada just isn't the same.) So I guess it is a taste that can be acquired!
